Artist Connection

This adventure started thanks to my mother-in-law Diana. Staying organized isn’t a strong suit of mine so after covid closed the business I worked for it was a good time to declutter. While doing so, I came across a printout of Native American symbols. Printed from a website by my mother-in-law that she included with a cute Native American turtle gift she gave me years ago. She has always given me the most thoughtful gifts and encouraged my creativity. She wrote a note at the top that said, “It’s never too late to embrace your creativity and follow your dreams.”

That was it! My journey to find my medium and voice as an artist began. After a lot of trial and error that felt like mostly error the first “Happy Vessel” was born. Thank you for your encouragement and believing in me Diana. Love you!
